F. Ball Appoint New Technical Representative

F. Ball and Co. Ltd. has announced the appointment of the new Technical Representative to cover the South Wales and South West regions. Lee Crofts brings a broad range of experience to F. Ball through his former role as Technical Sales Consultant with floorcovering manufacturer, Polyflor, as well as other previous positions within the flooring industry. Working closely with flooring contractors and distributors, Lee will spend time visiting sites to offer advice and technical information on F. Ball’s market-leading range of flooring adhesives and subfloor preparation products.

In addition to the team of representatives in the UK and Ireland, F. Ball and Co. Ltd. also offers expert technical advice through its Technical Service Department. Available to respond to customers’ queries by telephone or by email, the department handles around 11,000 enquiries a year. The Technical Service Department and the representatives are supported by a range of technical literature, including the Styccobond Recommended Adhesives Guide (RAG), the industry’s most authoritative guide to the compatibility of floorcoverings and adhesives.
